Terms of Service

1. DEFINITIONS

Please notice throughout the website and game client that the terminology may be thrown around. The following definitions are to shed clarity of these terms:

  • ToS = Terms of Service (this document)
  • RoS = Realm of Simpilicity
  • PHGS = Pure Heart Game Studio
  • "You" or "Your" = The end-user (yourself)
  • "Us" or "We" = The company (PHGS)
  • "The Game" = Realm of Simplicity
  • "The Product" = Realm of Simplicity

2. NOTICE OF CHANGES

Please notice that we reserve the right to modify the ToS without any prior notifications. The latest date of modification will be posted at the very top of this ToS page.

3. ACCOUNTS

To play RoS you will need to create an account. For security purposes, we require your account to be verified before having the ability to login to the game. Although you create the account, the ownership of the account solely belongs to PHGS. At our own discretion, we may alter the account in any way such as but not limited to: deleting, banning, etc. without any prior notice. It is your responsibility to keep the account secure with a long and complex password and to not show this information with anyone.

4. FAIR PLAY

PHGS highly values each player and therefore only permits fair play throughout the game. You agree that you will not misuse the product such as but not limited to: modifying, decompiling, reverse engineering, copying, reproducing, injecting, transmiting, debugging, etc. the game or software surrounding the game. If PHGS has found you to be doing any of these acts, we hold the right to seek, not only direct action, but also legal action if applicable. The use any of third-party software that interacts with the game such as but not limited to: automation, macros, packet analyzing, packet sniffing, debugging, decompiling, VPNs, VPS, proxies, code injectors, etc. is not allowed. All in-game assets such as accounts, items, services, and currencies have no real-world value and is not allowed to be exchanged for any real-world currencies.

5. PAYMENTS

Every purchase is considered final and the right for a refund will be immedaitely forfeited.

6. LEGAL RELEASE

In the event you have a dispute, you agree to release PHGS from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected to such dispute. You explicitly acknowledge, understand and agree that PHGS and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officiers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any punitive, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages which may be related to the loss of any profits goodwill, use, data and/or other intangible losses, even though we may have been advised of such possibility that said damages may occur, and result from: A) The use or inability to use our service. B) The cost of procuring substitute goods and services. C) Authorized access to or the alteration of your transmissions and/or data. D) Statements or conduct of any such third party on our service. E) And any other matter which may be related to our service.
