We are people just like you. We know it's very hard to maintain true personal privacy now these days. We wanted to make sure we clearly communicate that we respect your privacy. We only collect the bare minimum for our needed operations of our games and services. We do not (nor ever will) sell, trade, rent, etc any personal information to third parties.

We collect this information when you create an account, use our services, or through normal server operations.

WHY WE COLLECT

We really don't want your personal information.. We only collect enough data for account authentication and for our security systems.

SECURITY SYSTEMS

We have a few security systems in-place to provide a fair experience to all our community members. We ensure that no users break our In-Game Rules or Terms of Service such as the use of macros/bots/automation. To ensure this, we have security systems that record some data points such as but not limited to game sessions, chat logs, actions, ip address, and device info.

HOW WE USE

We use personal information only to create and manage accounts, operate and maintain our game services, provide customer support, prevent fraud/abuse/security issues, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell, trade, rent, etc any personal data. We do not use personal data for targeted advertising. We do not use personal data to generate any revenue.

DISTRIBUTION

At Pure Heart Game Studio, we believe privacy is a fundamental right for any law abiding citizen. We will NEVER distribute your personal information unless legally required to by law.

DATA RETENTION

We keep our data records for as long as needed to maintain user accounts, provide services, meet legal or security requirements.

CALIFORNIA / U.S. PRIVACY NOTICE

Our company does not meet the thresholds required for regulation under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) / California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). This is due to the fact that we do not sell, trade, rent, etc any personal information. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
